Kate has developed a unique 12 step program, so unique it only has 10 steps. 2 more steps are developed on the day, for the individual and/or organization. Delegates learn how to develop a GSOH which will have positive impact on stress prevention, team working, morale, communication, and worklife balance.

Kate can develop a comprehensive plan of action to bring more Humour into a workplace. She is then available on email, telephone or return “top up visits.” Kate also works with individuals, particularily leaders, who are looking to use Humour to manage people.
